Little Green Sprouts Preschool, nestled in El Dorado’s La Tienda Shopping Center, champions nurturing young minds through playful and outdoor learning. Emphasizing individuality, curiosity, and holistic development, we offer a vibrant environment for children 18 months to Kindergarten. Our curriculum is designed to inspire exploration and foster a foundation for lifelong learning, making every day an adventure in discovery. Danielle Shea
Director, and Lead Teacher
Danielle was born and raised in Oakland CA, moved to Seattle in 2010, and to Eldorado in 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Filmmaking from Emerson College, in Boston MA, and a master’s in education from Humboldt State University, in Arcata Ca. Although she has taught in almost every grade between preschool and college, her true passion is working with preschool-aged children.
In her spare time, she enjoys camping and hiking with family and friends. When time permits, Danielle can be found mountain climbing, and has conquered many mountains around the globe, including Mt. Rainier and Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Danielle feels both lucky and blessed to be able to care for your children and watch them grow, explore and experience a happy, healthy childhood.
